WARRANTY PERIOD

• The warranty period for the product will be for a period of 24 months commencing from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only and shall be applicable to the first purchaser only. 

WARRANTY STATEMENT

• Any defects in material and workmanship of the product will be covered upon receipt of receipt of valid proof of purchase and information including but not limited to a Purchase Order number, Delivery Order, Sales Invoice made through ENERZELL official stores with clear description of the product, its price, and sales channel.   

Note: 

• THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS RESTRICTED TO THE COUNTRY OF PURCHASE AND WILL BE INVALID IF THE PRODUCT IS NO LONGER IN THE COUNTRY OF PURCHASE.
• THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE BY THE FIRST PURCHASER TO ANY SUBSEQUENT OWNER.

 EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTY

          The warranty will not be applicable at all in the following circumstances:-

1. Non quality related issues.
2. Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
3. Abused and/or damaged by accident or damaged due to force majeure (e.g. lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.)
4. Unauthorized modification, repair, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
5. Purchased from unauthorized resellers.
6. Use for special application other than normal consumer use.
7. Any defect or damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes; including, but not limited to falls, use of the product in excess of its output rating, exposure of the product to rain or snow, extremely low air pressure, extreme temperatures, water, and operating devices improperly.
8. Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts.
9. Purchases without valid proof of purchase.
10. Items that have expired their warranty period.
11. Items that have been refunded.
12. The battery model on the warranty certificate does not match the actual item.
13. Unauthorized alteration on the warranty certificate.
14. Product wear and tear through the usage of time.
15. Products cleaned with harmful chemicals or detergents.
16. Any product purchased through an online auction house.
17. Enerzell's warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 6 months thereafter.

CLAIM PROCESS

        1. Please contact us via Email: support@enerzell.net , Monday through Sunday, for any assistance with regards to the product.

        2. For any warranty claims, service performed by ENERZELL or local authorized service partner, subject to the options below:

• Repaired by ENERZELL authorized service center, or.
• Swap for a replacement product with equivalent specifications according to model and service life.
• In case of replacement, a refurbished model of equal value may be provided and the delivery of the replacement will be arranged within 7 business days (subject to changes caused by force majeure) after confirming the defective item has been received at ENERZELL warehouse.
• A swap product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or thirty (30) days from the date of replacement, whichever is greater.

        3. If the product cannot be repaired or a replacement is not available, ENERZELL will offer a partial refund based on the usage time of the defective item and such refund (if any) is subject to the sole and absolute discretion of ENERZELL.

        4. Products where the warranty has expired are eligible for paid repair services. For a list of products that can be repaired and their corresponding repair costs, please contact support@enerzell.net to obtain the relevant repair costs information.

        5. For any out of warranty claims, please contact ENERZELL service for more details.

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES

• This limited warranty is in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or use and any implied warranty of merchantability otherwise applicable to ENERZELL portable power stations. ENERZELL and its affiliated companies shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits. There are no warranties extended other than as provided herein.
   
• This limited warranty may be modified only by ENERZELL. Any implied warranties allowed by law shall be limited in duration to the terms of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
  This warranty gives you specific legal rights. ENERZELL’s only liability shall be the repair or replacement as stated above.

 GENERAL EXCLUSIONS

• This Limited Warranty does not apply to any defect or loss of product functionality resulting from any of the following: 

1. Abuse, misuse, improper handling, negligence, rust, or corrosion
2. Accidents or force majeure events, including without limitation lightning, flood, earthquake, fire or other events beyond the reasonable control of ENERZELL;
3. Installation, commissioning, or repair of your portable power stations components that is performed by anyone other than Certified Installers; 
4. Failure to service, maintain, or repair the electrical system connected to or landed in your portable power stations according to the laws, standards, or requirements of the authority having jurisdiction;
5. Failure to operate your portable power station in accordance with the ENERZELL portable power station User Manuals and any other instructions, documentation, or notices provided by ENERZELL, including through the ENERZELL official website or on the portable power station itself. 
6. Installation of your portable power station other than in accordance with all applicable local electrical, fire, and building codes and regulations; 
7. Any attempt to modify or modification of your portable power station, whether by physical means, programming or otherwise, without the express written consent of ENERZELL; 
8. Any damage done to your portable power stations by any components or parts not compatible with your portable power stations; 
9. Failure to contact ENERZELL upon discovery of a defect covered by this Limited Warranty;  
10. Use of your portable power stations for commercial purposes. Without limiting the foregoing, this Limited Warranty does not cover (a) normal wear and tear of your portable power stations; (b) superficial defects, dents or marks that do not impact the performance of your  portable power stations; or (c) theft of your portable power stations or any of its components. If a claim is made under this Limited Warranty and ENERZELL or a Certified Installer determines that the claim is not covered by this Limited Warranty, you will be liable for and shall pay for all field charges for labour or other expenses incurred in connection with such claim.
